“Lots of Memories”, is inspired by buildings and empty lots with flowers and rubbish of different locations around Omaha that held lots of Lily’s childhood memories. Some of these locations have been redeveloped, demolished, and some are just pass by areas within North Omaha, South Omaha neighborhood and the Downtown area. The use of chalk like colors and gold leaf rim to symbolize the golden childhood memories. The lines work within the ceramic pieces are landscape silhouettes of these exact locations:
